Kim is the Director, Ethics & Compliance for Airbus Group in North America, where she is responsible for developing and managing the ethics and anti-corruption compliance programs, as well as providing legal support for lobbying and PAC compliance issues.
Kim came to Airbus from the Transportation & Infrastructure Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, where she was Counsel for Oversight and Investigations. Prior to her time on Capitol Hill, she was an ethics attorney at USDOT; the Federal Accountability Officer for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, appointed by then-Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood; and as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia.
Kim received her J.D. from the College of William & Mary in 2005 and her B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2000.
